History is really a repetition of events. And this events keeps on every year and yet our government remains blind with the course of nature. And this will continue to take lives until this government of ours has satisfactorily demonstrated that those who have died in a previous disaster has not died in vain. How many projects has been announced to solve these floodings in the metropolis, how many budget proposals have been laid that only ends up to some influencial few. I may sound so rebelious for now but for sure, you may feel what i have felt if you see people's lives are being ruined inspite of the fact that they have already been doing their part as good citizen of their own community. I have an opportunity to listen to the International conference with the theme "Trade, Investment and International Law: Perspective for Development conducted at Syscip, Salazar, Hernandez and Gatmaitan Law Centre in Makati City yesterday, July 12, 2006. So what I am doing with these populated venue of Lawyers and Associates? Well then, I was contacted to be the official photog to cover the event.
